With the exception of aforementioned decisions, final decisions rendered by the regional courts of appeal may be challenged before the Court of Cassation within one month as of its notification. Conclusion The Resolution on the Official Start Date of the Courts of Appeal and the District Administrative Courts provides that the regional courts of appeal commences on 20.07.2016. The establishment, structure and role of the regional courts of appeal is provided by the Law on the Establishment; whereas the appellate procedure, the decisions subject to appellate review, as well as the appellate review are determined by the CPC.
