(26.12.2019, 19-46/786-343) • The Board granted individual exemption to the practice of publication of certain consolidated data regarding transacti- ons realized by six brokers who operate within the Trade As- sociation and over the counter market, for three years, due to the fact that they have met all of the conditions stated in the first paragraph of Article 5 of Law No. 4054. (26.12.2019, 19-46/785-342) • The Board granted negative clearance within the framework of Article 8 of Law No. 4054 to the “Protocol on the Collec- tion of Annual Radio Usage Fee in Mobile Prepaid Subscrip- tions,” signed between Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., TT Mobil İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. and Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (26.12.2019, 19-46/785-342) • The Board granted individual exemption to “Draft Recom- mendation Resolution Concerning the Use of TLREF Interest Rate in Restructuring Contracts Concluded with Commerci- al Borrowers,” and “Draft Resolution Regarding the Use of TLREF Interest Rate in Restructuring Under the Financial Restructuring Framework Agreement (Large Scale Applica- tion) of the Banks Association of Turkey. (23.01.2020, 20- 06/69-38) • The Board granted individual exemption for five years to the contract concluded between DFDS Denizcilik ve Taşımacılık A.Ş. and Yalova Ro-Ro Terminali A.Ş. regarding the sale of port services from the existing Ro-Ro terminal facilities, and to be constructed in Yalova, owned and operated by Yalova Ro-Ro Terminali A.Ş. to DFDS.
