Deadline of the Message Management System was postponed
The deadline to register and upload existing consents to the Message Management System (IYS) is postponed through the Public Statement dated 30.11.2020 which is published in the website of Ministry of Trade. Previously, the deadline to register and upload obtained opt-in consents to the Message Management System by the service providers was determined as 30.11.2020. Through the Public Statement, this deadline is postponed
- until 31.12.2020 for the service providers who has more than one hundred fifty thousand commercial electronic message consents; and until 02.2021 for the citizens to check these approvals,
- until 31.05.2021 for the service providers who has one hundred fifty thousand or less commercial electronic massage consents; and until 07.2021 for the citizens to check these approvals.
Commercial electronic messages sent after the end of this period are considered approved.
