Mergers and Acquisitions

Mergers and acquisitions constitute one of Erdem & Erdem's core practice areas. We provide advisory services to venture capital and private equity investment funds, as well as start-ups, in the structuring of investment funds, investment rounds, company acquisitions, financing, and exit transactions. Competition and Compliance

We provide comprehensive advisory services in the field of competition law and compliance. In this context, we represent our clients by providing advisory services on the notification of mergers and acquisitions to competition authorities and clearance processes; competition law preliminary investigations and investigations; compliance programmes; training; and dealership systems and agreements. Personal Data Protection

In this regard, we provide project-based advisory services on the analysis of data transfer and data processing processes from Türkiye to abroad or from abroad to Türkiye, particularly with respect to the Netherlands, the preparation of compliance programmes, VERBİS (Data Controllers' Registry) processes, data security, breach management, data protection impact assessments, and the principles of privacy by design and privacy by default.
