Energy Law Research Institute organized the Energy Litigation Congress in Ankara on Wednesday, 11.01.2023.
Erdem & Erdem, Partner, Competition & Compliance Leader and Energy Law Research Institute Board Member Mert Karamustafaoğlu took part in the panel discussion on “Current Energy Disputes Subject to Judicial Jurisdiction” as a speaker.
The congress, which included panels discussing current energy disputes in judicial and administrative jurisdictions, the problem of expert witnesses in energy disputes and solution proposals, and the role of mediation and arbitration methods in resolving disputes, attracted great participation and interest.
