Orhan Emin Erdem
Biography
Orhan Emin Erdem works as an Associate at Erdem & Erdem Law Office. He provides corporate legal consultancy to local and international clients in their cross-border transactions. His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law and capital markets law.
In addition, Orhan Emin Erdem supports clients in the fields of competition law. In this context, he advises companies operating in various sectors such as retail, technology, healthcare, port operations, alcoholic beverages, cement and non-alcoholic beverages, assisting them in the development of competition compliance programs.
He also provides legal consultancy on ESG compliance, advising companies in line with Turkish and European Union legislation.
Orhan Emin Erdem serves as a board member of Young ITOTAM.
