Biography
Yiğit Alp Aslan, works as an Associate in Competition and Compliance Department of Erdem & Erdem. Yiğit mainly provides legal consultancy on competition law matters including investigations and mergers and acquisitions.
Aslan provides competition law advisory services to local and international clients across various sectors. Having gained experience at every stage of investigations conducted by the Turkish Competition Authority, Aslan represents clients in merger and acquisition application processes. Additionally, Aslan provides advisory services in competition and compliance processes and offers solutions related to clients' contracts and daily commercial activities.
